Allegheny County DPW
494.9250 pl 173.8 is going to be tested by the Public Works Dept. My
location in Penn Hills has a Few mobles and a base radio installed as
of today 5/2/2016. If they test ok Public works should have good
coverage once again.
I am hearing a couple of trucks using the frequency this morning.

PGHscanner.com Web Site Update
I have updated http://www.pghscanner.com to the new format. The old format will continue to be used on http://www.qsl.net/k3fs
I still have a couple of major projects on the new format. One being the QSL card page. I am working on that currently. The other is the file download. I am working on updating the programming on my radios. Once that is completed I will update the files. I am considering the deletion of some pages as well. The reprogramming of radios has proven to be more time consuming than I thought. I am also working on using a database on the site. This will allow for easier updates, more display options, and searching.
Please email comments or suggestions on the new format
