Site Updated

PGHScanner site has been updated. Most pages contain new content. All pages have been updataed to the first phase of updating PGHScanner.com. Its not much of a layout difference, but all pages are now more standard, and have been cleaned up a bit.

Also added with this update was a new page - Richard E. Christian. Richard is the one who has registered the K3FS domains. He is not associated with me or my site. He has plagiarized the content, style, and data from my site.

Phase II will continue. This involves some data format changes. I am hoping I can get this done and add more flexibility to the data output.

I am also working on adding another new page as well.

v3 of PGHScanner.com is now under development, and should add more flexibility on data displays, and many more features.
