I happened to get a signal stalker hit from a PSP Turnpike car on 458.5625 in Pleasant Hills. This freq is a retransmission of the PA Turnpike (159.045) from the cars. What is new is that I got PL 136.5 being used. Previously I had no PL/DPL being used on that.
